Winter Walks

SO this morning i really wanted a Breakfast which is filling, warm and delicious. So i decided to make Banana and Blueberry pancakes, topped with Total 0% greek yogurt and fresh fruit. 
Ingredients:
2 Bananas
2 Eggs
Handful of Blueberries
Total 0% Greek Yogurt
Strawberries, Raspberries and Pineapple 
Drizzle of Agave Syrup
Method:
Mash the 2 bananas and put into a large mixing bowl, crack 2 eggs into the bowl and whisk until  you are happy with the consistent. Add a handful of blueberries and whisk gently, take a large frying pan and add a small amount of light butter to the pan, turn up the heat and let the butter melt. Add a small ladle of the mixture to the pan and let it fry until it is cooked on each side ( around 2 minutes per side). Serve with fresh fruit, Greek Yogurt and Agave Syrup!! 
 This is one of my favourite breakfast's if i have not a lot of time and want a yummy and filling breakfast!! Can you see a pattern i have an obsession with Breakfast's!! I decided to add some images from a dog walk which i went on, on Sunday it was all through the woods and  made me feel so christmasy!! Only 6 Mondays Guys :)
