Soups... and Autumn Things :)
So to make everyones life easier i find buying the Asda Good and Balanced Spicy butternut soup mix, this includes Chilli, Onion and Butternut squash. I First spray some frylight on the bottom of the pan and add Salt, Pepper and coriander. To this i add 2 bags of the mixture. Let it fry for 5-8 Minutes to soften the veg.
After the 5-8 Minutes, reduce the heat down and add 2 vegetable stock cubes ( i use Knorrs stock pot gel ) and let it simmer for 20 Minutes or until the vegetables are soft. After the 20 minutes i use an electric hand whisk, whisk until smooth and then a beautiful soup is served. I liked to top it off with coriander and 2 slices of toast.
